Caetlyn Wells founded WS Lawyers in 2012 after completing her law degree at Deakin University and beginning her career in the Geelong region. Having lived locally for more than 24 years, she proudly calls Geelong home.

Known for her warm, approachable style, Caetlyn takes the time to truly understand her clients, their circumstances and stories, and what matters most to them. She believes every client is unique and deserves to feel seen and supported, not treated as just another case file. Caetlyn knows what is at stake and will push to ensure the court process is fair, the evidence is tested, and her clients’ voices are heard. She works with a network of barristers that share those values.

A lifelong learner, Caetlyn completed a Master’s Degree in 2023 and has since returned to her alma mater, Deakin University, to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Criminology. She’s also known for her distinctive taste in delightfully outlandish shoes, which add personality to even the most serious legal days.

When she’s not in the office (often with a dog happily curled up at her feet, being bribed with snacks), Caetlyn enjoys scuba diving, reading trashy novels, and, to her own surprise, finding joy in gardening.
