India was admitted to practice in August 2026 and joined WS Lawyers at this time.

India began her career as a legal researcher and legal assistant, gaining experience across Business Law, Commercial Law, Property Law, and Wills and Estates. She then served as a Judge's Associate in the Common Law Division of the Supreme Court of Victoria, where she worked across the Trial Division and Court of Appeal on matters spanning Civil, Judicial Review, Appeals, Criminal, Planning, Environment, Equity, Probate, Commercial, and Confiscation Law. It was through this experience at the Court that India developed a strong passion for Child Protection and Criminal Law.

India is known for her warmth, empathy and genuine care for the people she works with, bringing a thoughtful and down-to-earth approach to every matter she handles. She is passionate about justice and fairness, and seeks to support her clients through what are often difficult and challenging times in their lives

Outside of work, India loves the outdoors, spending her free time surfing, hiking and camping. She is an avid traveller and bookworm
